New Year – New Exhibit

Last year proved to be one of my most successful in terms of sales and gallery exhibits. And, it looks like my good fortune is off to another great start in 2014!

Three of my paintings were accepted into the juried “Animals, Animals, Animals” exhibit sponsored by the West Valley Arts Council (WVAC) in Surprise, Arizona. The exhibit showcases the love that many artists have for animals—all animals great and small. My “Along Oak Creek Canyon,” “Burrowing Owl,” and “San Juan River Big Horn” watercolors will be on display until the exhibit closes on February 14. The show features 2-D and 3-D artwork from select artists throughout the greater Phoenix area. Just click on the first photo to open a larger view of each of the photographs.

WVAC enriches the West Valley by growing a vibrant and connected arts and cultural community, and is recognized as a “high quality of life” for West Valley residents. It is the only multi-disciplinary arts organization of its type and scope in the Valley. Originally founded in 1969, WVAC offers a broad range of art activities each year, and is headed by Executive Director Bernadette Mills (formerly Executive Director of the Scottsdale Artist School).
