My first love is portraying wild cats in their natural environment. These sleek animals are some of the most elegant creatures on earth, and painting them is always a wonderful challenge.

Whether it's a backyard songbird or an inquisitive owl, birds have always fascinated me. They are such free spirits with wonderfully detailed and colorful feathers. 

My love of detail in my paintings extends to portraying the infinite variety of flowers. Their petals and colors are virtually unlimited.

While most of my focus is on wildlife, I also enjoy painting our everyday pets. Domestic cats and dogs are always fun subjects, and I've frequently done commissions for people who adore their little ones.
